“Assistance center for the ATO members” is created to solve the issues of social protection and rehabilitation of ATO participants.
PURPOSE:
Combine the efforts of governments, public organizations and security agencies to solve the problems of ATO members effectively.
OBJECTIVE №1
Collection and processing of the information on social protection of ATO members and their families. Center takes advantage of around the clock “hot line” (0-800-502-230), established according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine on March 18, 2015 №150 \ 2015 “On additional measures for social protection of participants in anti-terrorist operation.”
Call-center is questioning demobilized soldiers to study and synthesize the issues transmitted to specialized coordinators of the Centre.
OBJECTIVE №2
Coordinators of the Center in collaboration with executive authorities, local governments, institutions and organizations provide the solution of problems of demobilized ATO members.
On the basis of issues raised during the questioning and according to competence, coordinators together with the structural units of district and regional state administration, local authorities, central authorities take steps to solve them.
The head of the Centre and coordinators regularly visit demobilized in their places of residence.
Monitoring of solving problems. Center always provides further cooperation with the demobilized and their families.
